At NEST Fun Creations, we will always ensure that we send out quality products as described on our website. However, in the instance that you receive a faulty item, you have 30 days from the day of receiving your order to return it to us.
To commence the refund process, please contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the problem. Please do not send your items to us before the claim has been approved via email.
Once your claim has been approved, you may post the item/s back to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item/s, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- We do not offer refunds/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The item/s must be in the same condition as when sold, and in original packaging.
To ensure there are no problems with your return, we highly recommend opting for a tracking service when you post the item/s, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items. This is important, as we cannot send you a refund or replacement without receiving the item first.
